Why we start with how people really work
Most data and AI projects send an engineer to fit the technology into your daily work. We also bring an organisational specialist: someone who understands how people really use technology, how the work actually flows, and what they are trying to get done.
That often has little to do with the official process chart, or with a set of AI agents that looks flawless on paper. We would rather learn how your team really works than retrofit a solution onto it.
We know demand-based pricing engines and making sales work more efficient. But in the end, it all comes down to one question: does what we build help people in their everyday work?
What we always do
- Your people are involved from the first week.
- Every answer has a source you can check.
- We tell you in the first week if your data is worse than described.
- Everything we build is yours to keep, and your own developer can build alongside us.
What we don't do
- We don't clean data for its own sake.
- We don't bill by the hour for consulting that never ends.
- We don't sell lead lists or another AI tool.
